EHS Director

We are seeking a strategic EHS Director to lead initiatives across Latin America. This role will shape the regional EHS strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance safety and health practices, and drive digital transformation in performance and systems.

• Define and execute environmental strategies, including decarbonization, water conservation, and waste reduction.
• Lead occupational health programs focused on prevention, psychological safety, and well-being.
• Strengthen safety culture and oversee risk management programs aligned with international standards.
• Manage contractor safety and ensure operational consistency across sites.
• Advance digital tools and analytics for EHS visibility and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to embed EHS into business priorities and lead a regional team.
