EHS ENGINEER

ABOUT THE POSITION The EHS ENGINEER will provide full-time support to operations in environmental health and safety and ensure that all practices comply with regulatory requirements, from planning to legal compliance with applicable Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. The position will be responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and permit applications. Support the development and coordination of training programs of their applicable Site. ACTIVITIES Prepare an EHS matrix with all regulations that apply to the installation of all associated EHS factors and safety issues and obtain the necessary documents to carry out the matrix under the supervision of the zone coordinator. Conduct training for management, field employees, and contractors of applicable EHS programs and procedures as directed. Follow up on all conditions and recommendations of all permits and studies.
