We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position involves working on-site during the 2nd shift, with the option of four 10-hour shifts or a flexible arrangement of four 9-hour shifts and a half-day on Friday. The role is essential in implementing and maintaining Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation of EHS policies, practices, guidelines, and procedures, identifying location-specific requirements and developing related programs.
  • Develop training programs and conduct sessions to comply with corporate EHS initiatives.
  • Supervise incident and accident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and ensure completion of corrective actions.
