EHS Engineer/supervisor

Job Description
ole Summary
Support the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices at solar project sites to ensure safe working conditions, statutory compliance, and adherence to project safety standards.
Site Safety Implementation
- Assist in implementing site EHS plans, safety procedures, and safe work practices.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety rules and use of PPE.
- Ensure safe execution of high-risk activities such as work at height, electrical works, lifting operations, and excavation.
Safety Monitoring & Inspections
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions.
- Support daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Assist in monitoring contractor and subcontractor safety compliance.
Permit & Documentation Support
- Assist in Permit-to-Work (PTW) system implementation (hot work, electrical work, work at height, confined space).
