Overview:
**TEMPORARY 6-MONTH JOB OPPORTUNITY**:Join our team as an EHS Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the Safety and Environmental Engineer. You'll play a vital role in helping us meet legal compliance requirements for our EHS department. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our commitment to safety and sustainability.
**Responsibilities**:
- Control of hazardous and non-hazardous waste logs
- Printing of safety labels for plant chemicals
- Digitization of EHS System documents
- Support with updating the safety board
- Participation in updating calendars regarding studies required by STPS
- Documenting safety risks, photos, videos
- Control of safety sheets for plant chemicals
- Basic knowledge of identifying environmental aspects and impacts
- Participation in improvement projects
- Support for training operational staff
- Support in implementing NOM-018 STPS
