**Who will you be working with?**
The Las Vegas based Remanufacturing Team rebuilds traction motor combos for the 5 major railroads in North America. We have a 24 hour operation on Weekdays, supported by an EHS Coordinator, and this Lead/Manager position.
**How will you make a difference?**
This position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an effective health & safety and loss prevention program for the Wabtec Las Vegas Remanufacturing facility. The EHS Leader outlines and implements various training programs on site about employee safety procedures and accident prevention. The role of this position is to provide leadership and coaching to the site by creating a proactive approach to safety and health in the workplace.
