Lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions for manufacturing operations in Bahia. Ensure zero-harm culture, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration of EHS into high-volume production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and audit EHS management systems aligned with Brazilian regulations (NRs), ISO 14001/45001, and client standards.
• Drive risk assessments for manufacturing processes like blade molding, composite handling, crane ops, and assembly lines.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; target zero lost-time incidents.
• Train 200+ production staff on hazards (chemicals, heights, machinery) - conduct daily toolbox talks and monthly drills.
