EHS Manager - Bahia based Full time position Based in Bahia, Brazil Lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions for manufacturing operations in Bahia. Ensure zero-harm culture, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration of EHS into high-volume production processes. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and audit EHS management systems aligned with Brazilian regulations (NRs), ISO 14001/45001, and client standards. Drive risk assessments for manufacturing processes like blade molding, composite handling, crane ops, and assembly lines. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; target zero lost-time incidents. Train 200 production staff on hazards (chemicals, heights, machinery) - conduct daily toolbox talks and monthly drills. Manage waste streams (composites, resins), emissions, and permitting for Bahia facility expansion. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to embed EHS in workflows.
