- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Biochemistry, Safety and Hygiene, Chemical or Environmental Engineering. - 5+ years’ experience Environmental and Safety - Knowledge of local and national laws as well as standards and codes regarding Safety and Environment - Policy and process development skills - Ability to speak both English and Spanish - Communication skills to influence all levels of the organization. - Results oriented with great organizational skills. - Ability to travel to California for training and alignment with existing operations.
