Request from the landlord all the documents that support the maintenance corresponding to shared services, electrical, fixed fire systems (hydrants, sprinklers, emergency doors).
2. Prepare in detail a matrix of legal requirements applicable to the work center, to determine in detail the missing requirements.
3. Carry out the corresponding lighting study.
4. Improve signage for emergency cases, especially those related to emergency exits and evacuation routes.
5. Urgently integrate the Safety and Hygiene Commission.
6. Develop a work plan to meet detailed safety and environmental requirements.
7. Improve the training plan for fire emergency brigades.
8. Complete an EHS annual program
