Purpose of the Position: Will implement & create policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment and eliminate workplace hazards, and be in charge of making sure that employees follow the H&S regulations and policies to promote the wellbeing of the team. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: -Responsible for continuously monitoring and adapting safety procedures and operations to ensure a safe and fully compliant work environment for all employees. -Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks -Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections -Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company. -Prepares and schedules training for all employees on policies, regulations.
