Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager (EHS Manager) to lead safety compliance and promote a world‑class safety culture across our client's operations at a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art distribution facility in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor statutory safety, fire, and environmental regulations across the site.
• Oversee risk management strategies and support operational teams to achieve zero accidents.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and RTITB accreditation.
• Develop and revise safety procedures, reporting on performance and recommending improvements.
• Investigate incidents and dangerous occurrences, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
