- Handle and support the safe execution of hazardous chemical reactions and laboratory operations
- Ensure safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals as per SOPs
- Identify, investigate, and assess workplace risks and recommend control measures
- Execute statutory compliance under GPCB, GFR, PESO, etc., including inspections, audits, reporting, and timely closure of regulatory observations
- Support safety, QA, statutory, internal, and external audits across sites and ensure timely closure of observations
- Oversee ETP and STP operations, including daily monitoring, performance optimisation, sludge management, and compliance reporting
- Ensure effective waste management practices for hazardous, non-hazardous, and recyclable waste streams
- Lead and document accident, incident, and near-miss investigations using recognised root cause analysis tools (RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone, TapRooT, etc....
