Work Model:On-siteAbout the RoleWe are looking for aSenior EHS Specialistto strengthen governance, standardization, and maturity ofOccupational Safety, Environmental, and ESG processesacross South America.
This role will act as theregional technical authority for EHS, ensuring legal compliance, effective critical risk management, alignment with global sustainability guidelines, and continuous technical connection with the Headquarter.A key strategic focus of this position is leading theRegional Fire Protection & Fire Fighting project, as well as supporting environmental and ESG agendas.Scope & StakeholdersRegion:South America
Direct interface:Global Headquarter (EHS & ESG)
Operations:SHEIN sites and 3 PL partnersKey ResponsibilitiesFire Protection (Regional Strategic Project)
Act as the regional technical focal point for the Fire Protection & Fire Fighting project.
Ensure alignment with global standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Occupational Safety
Define, standardize, and monitor Occupational Safety and Environmental processes across all South America operations.
Support risk assessment, critical risk control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Environment & ESG
Provide technical leadership for environmental and ESG programs.
Ensure legal compliance and adherence to sustainability and compliance guidelines.
Support environmental permits, audits, inspections, and action plan execution.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Act as the senior EHS technical authority for South America.
Develop regional guidelines, technical standards, procedures, and training programs.
Monitor and report EHS performance indicators at a LATAM level.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree inEnvironmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
Specialization inOccupational Safety.
Solid experience inEnvironmental ManagementandFire Protection Systems.
Advanced English(mandatory).
Advanced Spanish(mandatory).What This Role Delivers
