Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal and corporate requirements.

Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as DOSH, DOE, and other local authorities.

Support waste management, pollution control, and energy conservation initiatives.

Plan and conduct EHS-related training and awareness programs for all levels of employees.

Maintain EHS performance data, documentation, and reporting to management and regulatory agencies.

Support emergency preparedness and response programs, including drills and first-aid readiness.
