- The EHS Sr Engineer Manage an effective maintenance program that provides for a clean, comfortable, safe working environment for all personnel. Ensure compliance to STPS, SEMARNAT, ISO 14001, OSHA/ISO 45001, and MESH requirements and specific regulations applicable to the facility. - Maintain and ensure compliance for Management Enviromental Safety & Health system (MESH). EHS Champion. - Ensure Legal compliance of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Coordinate waste team. - Ensure Clean Industry and Safe Company certifications. - Administration of chemicals MSDS, magagement of registration of new chemicals. - Interacts and works as a legal liason with Municial, state and Federal dependencies (Civil protection, PROFEPA, Fireguard, SEMARNAT, IMSS, STPS,etc) to ensure 100% compliance with official regulations and requirements.
