Job Description
**Job Summary**
provides leadership and program management of Callaway Golf’s Environmental & Safety programs in the Monterrey operation. Indirectly receives direction from the Safety Program Manager, and Operations Director regarding operating needs and priorities. Emphasis will be in the management of safety programs, hazardous waste and materials, EH&S regulatory compliance, sustainability, industrial hygiene, fire code, training and emergency preparedness/response. The EH&S Supervisor interprets, develops and implements programs to comply with environmental, health and safety regulations, good business practices and/or company policies, and assists in planning for changes in physical facilities to meet new environmental and safety requirements. Finds, evaluates, prepares and manages contracts for properly licensed hazardous waste disposal and recycling firms and monitors waste handling. Organizes and directs and emergency response activities.
