About the Role:

We’re seeking a Site EHS Supervisor to join our team and lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) efforts during construction and commissioning phases of a major industrial project. Reporting to the EHS Manager and Site Manager, you’ll ensure compliance with our EHS Management System and foster a strong safety culture across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide EHS leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors.
• Implement site-level EHS plans and safety processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and permit-to-work evaluations.
• Train and support personnel on EHS policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in EHS supervision on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, industrial construction hazards, and Spanish legislation (OSHA knowledge a plus).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent in Spanish & English.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in complex environments.
• Expertise in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
