Job Title: EHS Supervisor
Location: Tarragona Region, Spain

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Site EHS Supervisor to join our team and lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) efforts during construction and commissioning phases of a major industrial project. Reporting to the EHS Manager and Site Manager, you’ll ensure compliance with our EHS Management System and foster a strong safety culture across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide EHS leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors. - Implement site-level EHS plans and safety processes. - Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and permit-to-work evaluations. - Train and support personnel on EHS policies and best practices. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in EHS supervision on major construction projects. - Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, industrial construction hazards, and Spanish legislation (OSHA knowledge a plus). - Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent in Spanish & English. - Ability to work independently and under pressure in complex environments. - Expertise in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
