Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • To provide support in relevant governmental department inspections.
  • Support Safety and Health Committee activities, audits and maintain records to ensure all safety and health requirements are in‑compliance as required by legislation.
  • Conduct internal safety and health audit and follow‑up for closure of corrective actions.
  • Assist the EHS team in maintaining an active Emergency Response Team (ERT) and coordinate trainings for the ERT members.
  • Conduct machine/equipment buy‑off for all new machine or equipment in the factory.
  • Conduct EHS trainings and briefing to employees.
  • Ensure all relevant permits for contractors are being effectively enforced. Ensure contractors working on‑site comply with all EHS requirements and take control measures to prevent accident.
  • Assist in coordination of EHS monitoring activities and follow up on action required if any.
