EHSS Lead

Job Purpose

DELIVERY OF EHSS service to the R&D Tres Cantos site to ensure that delivery of an efficient and effective EHSS service, with consistent standards and processes are adopted and a strong and robust partnership exists with the other services within EHSS.  Support the EHSS R&D EU Regional Lead with specialist and generalist EHSS expertise in the delivery of EHSS services in the EU region.

Key Responsibilities

• Personally, act as EH&S lead for the R&D Tres Cantos site.  Provide strong leadership, strategic direction, coordinate and deliver EHS services and programmes in all areas of EHS to the Tres Cantos site.

• Provide day to day support as part of the EHSS R&D EU team to deliver first line advice, training, coaching, independent business monitoring, emergency response, risk assessment, incident investigation, input to local projects and processes, as needed.
