EHV - Project Engineering Manager

Top-tier power and infrastructure firm seeking a senior engineering leader to manage Extra High Voltage (345 kV and higher) overhead transmission line projects and collaborate with major utilities and internal multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
Lead execution of large EHV overhead transmission line projects
Serve as senior technical authority and engineer-of-record
Manage teams, budgets, schedules, and design quality
Support client relationships, change management, and strategic pursuits

Qualifications
11+ years in overhead transmission line engineering
Direct experience with 345 kV+ transmission lines
Strong PLS-CADD expertise
EPC or utility-facing project leadership experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
Bachelors degree in engineering required

Compensation & Benefits
$180,000–$200,000 base salary
Annual bonus + full benefits + ESOP
