Responsibilities

• Directly report to Technical Manager
• Manage site Technical teams on execution of projects
• Monitor progress detailed work programmes
• Prepare and update weekly progress reports for management
• Prepare Job Completion Tickets (JCT) for clients upon completion of work
• Prepare Job Method Statements (JMS) and Job Safety Analyses (J of work
• Attend site visits at client premises and prepare site visit reports
• Prepare quotations for site visits
• Ensure good project management interfacing for projects awarded by clients
• Familiar with electrical/instrument diagrams and drawings
• Perform all electrical/instrument duties ensuring systems and procedures comply with policies and best practices
• Involved in tendering preparation, including site visits and proposal preparation
