Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on panels, MCCs, transmitters, sensors, and E&I systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, automation, DCS, and PLC faults.
- Provide technical support to chargemen and plant technicians.
- Handle DCS/PLC routine checks, alarms, and field interface issues.
- Lead E&I work for plant upgrades, expansions, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Prepare technical specs, datasheets, BOQs, and perform evaluation of vendor proposals.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver project scope safely.
- Analyze recurring failures, recommend solutions, and improve preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, HALAL, safety standards, and support audits.
- Update wiring diagrams, loop drawings, panel documentation, and calibration records.
