Job Description
Our Singapore Capital Markets team advises institutional and private clients on high-value real estate transactions — from en-bloc sales and redevelopment sites to commercial buildings and strata assets. As an intern, you'll support the full transaction lifecycle: deal sourcing, market analysis, financial positioning, investor outreach, and transaction execution. This is a rare opportunity for students interested in real estate investment, deal structuring, and transaction strategy to gain hands-on experience in one of APAC's most active investment markets.
Key Responsibilities:
