    A successful Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) should have:

    1. Solid verbal/written comm skills

    2. ⁠Has run A/B tests/ funnel analytics in a consumer-facing role on customer acquisitions on retention

    3. ⁠Team management ability - upto 5 members

    4. ⁠Strong Relationship-building ability

    5. ⁠Hunger/ Achiever
