EL1 Salesforce Administrator mid level environment manager

Essential criteria

• At least 2 to 4 years experience within Salesforce eco-system and certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201 Certification).


• Salesforce product knowledge and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).


• Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role.


• Experience with Salesforce integration into other technology platforms.


• Experience using Data Loader.


• Excellent communication skills with strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.

Desirable criteria

• Data management skills, including the ability to do meaningful analysis and manipulate data sets to enable loading into Salesforce using Data Loader or similar tools.
