EL1 Work Health and Safety Manager - Workers compensation expertise

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Work health and safety manager to join a dynamic HR and Corporate Services environment. This role supports a diverse workforce and contributes to a positive, proactive safety and well being culture across complex operational settings.

As a key member of the WHS team, you will provide expert advice across workplace well being, injury management, rehabilitation and WHS compliance , ensuring alignment with Commonwealth legislation and internal frameworks. You will lead rehabilitation and workers compensation cases, drive early intervention initiatives, support psychosocial risk management, and contribute to the ongoing development of WHS and rehabilitation management systems.
