Summary of Role

As an eLearning Specialist with a focus on telematics products at Command Alkon, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging digital learning experiences for internal teams and customers. This role goes beyond content creation—it involves applying instructional design principles, leveraging technology to deliver interactive learning, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), build and manage multiple development projects, and analyze learner engagement with your content data to continuously improve our digital learning strategy.
