**Description**
**Position Summary:** The eLearning Technologist bridges pedagogy and technology by designing, developing, and maintaining digital learning content.
**Essential Job Functions:**
1. Create self-directed instructional videos, micro-learning clips, or demo walkthroughs for adult learners.
2. Assist with the design/development of learning modules where content exists but is not in an eLearning friendly format.
3. Author content using outlines, storyboards, simulations, gamification, and eLearning modules to improve the overall learning experience.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, interactive online trainings and courses.
5. Create content using authoring tools, such as Articulate 360.
6. Update and format courses in Canvas each semester, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
