Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for an Electric Distribution Designer / GIS Drafter to support the planning, design, and documentation of electric distribution projects for all residential and commercial customers. This is a 7‑month hybrid contract position based in Phillips, WI, with up to 25% travel, requiring a mix of onsite and remote work.

You will create, update, and revise sketches, working drawings, and contract documents using GE Smallworld GIS and standard drafting techniques. You will work with engineering, architectural, and technical services teams to translate customer and project requirements into accurate 2D and 3D design models.
