  • Conduct detailed quantity analysis and rate evaluations
  • Review tender documents and prepare competitive bidding proposals
  • Collaborate with engineering and procurement for cost-effective solutions

  • Timely submission of cost estimates and tender packages
  • Comprehensive BOQ and quantity estimation reports
  • Improved cost accuracy in project bidding
  • Coordination and documentation of client billing and subcontractor billing
