Job Description
- Oversee all electrical and automation systems onboard vessels, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance programs for electrical and automation equipment, enhancing the efficiency and safety of operations.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for electrical and automation issues, providing guidance and support to technical teams and onboard electrician onboard as well as during dockings.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring systems are maintained to the highest standards to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of electrical and automation systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, engineering, and safety, to ensure effective and efficient workflows.
