We are seeking a highly skilled Estates Engineer to join our clients Engineering team, supporting the safe and reliable operation of critical hospital infrastructure across Mid and South Essex. This technical role is ideal for an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Technician with a strong background in maintaining complex estates plant within a demanding 24/7 environment.

As a key member of the Estates function, you will deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance, provide rapid response to emergency breakdowns, and undertake specialist fault-finding across a wide range of systems. These include: HV/LV electrical distribution, life safety systems (fire alarms, emergency lighting), standby generation, boilers, steam and LTHW plant, HVAC systems, chilled-water networks, medical gas systems, and hot and cold-water services.
