Electrical Apprentice

Position Overview

As an Electrical Apprentice, you will assist licensed electricians with the electrical portion of heat pump installations, service upgrades, and related electrical work. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, steady work, and long-term career growth in a high-demand trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical wiring for ductless and central heat pump systems
• Support panel upgrades, disconnect installations, and electrical rough-ins
• Pull cable, mount equipment, and assist with terminations under supervision
• Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Communicate effectively with lead electricians and installation crews
