About the role
Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is seeking enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Apprentice Electricians to join our team commencing in 2026.
As an apprentice with Frontline, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience while working alongside reputable host employers across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, clean energy and industrial projects.
As a Group Training Organisation (GTO), FHR offers the unique advantage of exposure to diverse projects, structured support, and long-term career development within the electrical trade.
As an apprentice with Frontline you will:

Receive structured on-the-job training with reputable electrical contractors

Work alongside experienced tradespeople to develop practical, real-world skills

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a strong safety-first mindset

Take ownership of your learning and be accountable for your performance

Build your skills across a variety of projects and work environments

Minimum requirements to be successful in securing this opportunity:

Completed a recognised Pre-Apprenticeship course or a minimum 6 months' experience working in the electrical trade

Current and valid Victorian Driver's Licence

Access to a reliable vehicle

Available to commence in February 2026
