Electric Assembler Location: El Cajon, CA Position Overview Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electric Assembler to support manufacturing operations in El Cajon, CA. This role involves precision electrical and mechanical assembly in a production environment. Responsibilities · Perform cleaning, coil winding, and shield and strap cutting · Solder components using a soldering iron and perform solder reflow on a hotplate · Regularly operate a 10x microscope for detailed inspection and assembly work · Follow written and verbal work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy Qualifications · U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required · Prior mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience · Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions · Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Pay & Benefits · $18-$20 per hour · Weekly paycheck · Competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) · Access to Adecco Aspire Academy, offering thousands of free upskilling courses For instant consideration, click Apply now!
