Job Description Job Description This role supports a North American power company advancing high-voltage electrical infrastructure and grid reliability to enable a more resilient, secure energy transition. As a Commissioning Enginee r, you will lead on-site high-voltage and partial-discharge testing of GIS systems to ensure safe, compliant, and fully operational installation. You’ll execute commissioning of specialty switching and monitoring devices (including synchronization and sensor-enabled equipment), own schedule progress reporting, troubleshoot technical issues during live test cycles, and train contractors and customers for long-term operational readiness.
