Job Title: Electrical Contract Coordinator


The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in handling general contracts and tender documents. This includes providing budget costs or estimates as instructed, liaising with suppliers for their products and services, and coordinating with the supplier/contractor regarding bills and quantities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager in handling general contracts and tender documents
  • Provide budget costs or estimates as instructed
  • Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation
  • Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow-up on bills and quantities
  • Evaluate and check market unit rates monthly/quarterly for material and labour cost
  • Hand over all tender document and costing to project team once the tender is awarded
  • Attend site show rounds for those tenders that we are interested
