Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Controls Technician in an industrial manufacturing facility. Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus). High integrity with adherence to company guidelines, business ethics, and safety standards. Strong commitment to working injury-free and maintaining the highest health and safety standards. Proficient in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of electrical and control systems, including: Motors, MCC’s, VFD’s, relays, PLCs, overhead crane controls, control valves, controllers, and HMIs.
