Electrical Design Area Manager

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an Electrical Area Manager to join our design team in Madrid .

Reporting to the Entity Manager , you will play a key role in strengthening our electrical engineering expertise and structuring the activity of the electrical design team .

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the electrical design team , ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement,

• Managing electrical design projects , including planning, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control and quality of deliverables,
