Job Description: Electrical Design Engineer

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for system drafting and engineering, focusing on designing skids in AutoCAD Electrical based on sold jobs. You will collaborate with the applications and sales teams to develop engineering solutions, ensuring the accuracy of systems by comparing Electrical Line/GA Drawings with P&ID drawings to system quotes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in System Drafting (50%) by designing skids using AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Collaborate with applications and sales teams to develop engineering solutions.
  • Ensure system accuracy by comparing Electrical Line/GA Drawings with P&ID drawings.
  • Perform System Engineering (25%) by providing necessary Power Drop and load calculations/single line drawings for system designs.
  • Work with OEM Vendors and ensure UL508A design compliance.
