Electrical installation team for motorgrader products. Develops schematics, mount components, design of mounting, lighting, performance. 80% new product development, 20% current product improvement. Team works closely with engineering groups within Earthmoving, managing requirements and setting goals based on time, cost and quality. Collaborates with purchasing, suppliers, manufacturing, etc. Mostly in office, but some visit to Peoria Proving Grounds, factory, and supplier sites. This role involves both mechanical and electrical design.
