If interested please reply to me with your updated resume or feel free to reach out to me for more details at <strong>(949) 570-7779</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>On-Site role</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>Job Description:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Strong expertise in PCBA design analysis, reverse engineering, and diagnosis/troubleshooting to address our repair goals. </span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Candidate should be capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting defective boards, with or without relevant design documentation.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Skilled at developing comprehensive board repair plans—including approaches, timelines, and identifying technical dependencies.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Applying critical thinking to troubleshoot PCBA issues without design documents.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Proficient in using PCB troubleshooting equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Work with minimum guidance.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Good track record of on time delivery.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Attitude to persevere through tough challenges.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Good understanding on Power supplies and electrical systems will be a plus.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">There might be International travel occasionally.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">ability to work effectively with both junior and senior-level team members, bringing in a collaborative environment.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.</span></span></li>
