Job Description
Power Electronics Engineer for the development of HVE and EV propulsion components for the automotive market. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and design of high-power Hybrid and full electric inverters, focusing on efficiency, stability, and dynamic response.
- Develop simulation models using software tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, PSIM, and SPICE to predict system behavior and validate control strategies.
- Selecting the most suitable inverter topology for each application, considering factors such as efficiency, size, and cost.
- Design and optimize power modules, including gate drivers, SiC/GaN devices, design system simulation models, perform system simulation for the automotive market, considering parameters such as parasitic inductance, current rating, and saturation characteristics.
