Job Description


The Electrical Designer is responsible for the design, development, and documentation of industrial control panels. This role focuses on control panel design, motor control systems, PLC I/O architecture, and industrial power distribution while ensuring compliance with UL 508A and applicable NEC/NFPA standards. The engineer will collaborate closely with mechanical, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant automation solutions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Design and layout industrial control panels for manufacturing and process environments




  • Develop motor control systems utilizing VFDs, soft starters, and across-the-line contactors
