Salary offers: From $32,000.00MXN gross, with law and above law benefits; to $43,000.00MXN net payment (somewhat of a contractor arrangement) + accounting support + medical insurance. The salary offers may vary and will be determined according to experience and skills.

Are you passionate about creating smart, efficient electrical systems that power industrial innovation? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Designer ready to jump into impactful design work for industrial, manufacturing, or life-science environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems for industrial facilities

Model and specify electrical equipment: transformers, switchgear, MCCs, panelboards

Perform load calculations, fault-current studies, voltage-drop analysis, and more

Deliver precise designs using AutoCAD Electrical (Revit is a plus!)

Ensure all designs align with U.S. electrical codes (NEC, NFPA 70E/79)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support during construction phases

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 5–10 years of electrical design experience

• Has worked in industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments (residential is not a fit)

• Is proficient in AutoCAD Electrical (Revit knowledge is a bonus)

• Communicates clearly in advanced English

• Is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive

Familiarity with UPS systems, clean utilities, and emergency power

Experience with control system integration

Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred but not required with strong hands-on experience
