  • Works with assigned design engineers and other drafters to execute design drawings and specifications as required to support assigned projects
  • Prepare substation layout drawing indicating location of all electrical panels guided by Engineer or as per vendors drawing
  • Prepare single line diagrams for HT & LT Power Distribution, MCC SLD, Lighting & Small Power DBs SLDs
  • Familiar with clearance requirement between equipment’s & around the equipment as per the statutory regulations
  • Prepare layout drawing such as Lighting Layouts, Power Layouts, cable tray layouts, earthing layout, Lightning Protection Layout drawing based on equipment layout drawing
  • Prepare Street Lighting, Site Earthing Layouts
  • Prepare Coordination drawings with Other MEP Services in CAD & Revit
  • Prepare civil scope drawing indicating foundation requirement, trench requirement, panel supporting arrangement based on equipment vendor drawing
  • Prepare cable schedule & also should be able to calculate cable length
  • Lighting design & calculation including circuit numbering
  • Prepare bill of material/ Take off quantities for various electrical items as per the layout drawings
  • Works with equipment suppliers/vendors to obtain the necessary information needed for design completion
  • Routinely archives and retrieves data from electronic database for support of work
  • Ensures acceptable levels of quality and checks for coordination of work to assure documents reflect design intent and necessary coordination

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 Years
  • Software Skill: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Word & MS Excel, Dia lux
