Job Description: EE Integrator

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Work location: Bangalore


Mandatory Responsibilities

  • Create DFA and EE FMEDA as part of detailed design deliverables.
  • Create and maintain EE Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Develop circuit‑level EE designs and test concepts.
  • Derive climatic robustness requirements for EE components and modules.
  • Create EE PCB design requests, requirement specifications, and documentation.
  • Execute EE design activities, including schematic creation, simulation planning, and module selection.
  • Perform EE simulation analysis (pre‑layout and post‑layout).
  • Conduct the EE PCB design kick‑off and drive the PCB design phase.
  • Perform final PCB reviews and raise PCB approval requests.
  • Create EE Test Coverage Analysis (TCA) and maintain test coverage documentation.
  • Execute EE Integration & Verification Tests and EE Module Verification Tests.
  • Create EE Integration & Verification Test Specifications and EE Bring‑Up Test SW Specifications.
  • Create EE Verification Plans and Hardware Element Evaluation Packages.
  • Create release notes for EE components and test deliverables.
  • Manage the Component Qualification Matrix for EE parts.
  • Set up EE test environments and oversee EE test execution.
  • Establish TCA processes, create templates, and evaluate detection inputs for AOI, AXI, ICT, FPT, BST, and VTS.
  • Update severity, occurrence, and detection values for test coverage.
  • Generate TCA status reports, monitor coverage, and drive improvements.
  • Create Product Test Specifications (PTS) for product validation.
  • Create and update EE schedules; estimate EE development effort and cost.
  • Identify EE architectural relationships, define EE interfaces, and decompose systems into EE modules.
  • Create local configuration baselines and classify configuration items.
  • Define and implement a Configuration Management (CM) strategy for EE projects.


Nice‑to‑Have Responsibilities

  • Derive and document lessons learned from EE integration, testing, and production incidents.
  • Nominate and coordinate TCA moderators; update TCA for new variants and after incidents.
  • Support product and project management activities under RA3 processes.
  • Experience working with predictive detection values and advanced test coverage evaluation.
  • Familiarity with CM tools, versioning mechanisms, and baseline tracking for EE artifacts.
  • Exposure to production‑level test coverage tools (AOI, AXI, ICT, FPT, BST, VTS) and failure prediction.
  • Participation in early product scoping and architecture alignment.
