Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities :-

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical equipment, motors, controls (PLC basic knowledge, all type Sensors due starter, start, Delta starter, UPS, Kesar, air compressor, MCB, MCCB , MPCB, all type light& Fan ,), and utility infrastructure (power, water, utility & Maintenance All solar pv module machine)

• Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical assets.

• Installation & Commissioning: Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and control systems.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to electrical codes, safety standards (OSHA), and company policies; manage PPE compliance

• System Optimization: Implement energy-saving measures, replace obsolete technology, and improve process control

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, generate reports, track KPIs, and document system changes

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical support, training, and guidance to technicians and other engineers

• Project Support: Support capital projects, manage spare parts, and liaise with other departments (Production, Operations).

•Design electrical control and communication systems for production equipment

• Provide technical support to Maintenance for AC and DC electronic drives, Programmable Logic Controllers, and control systems

• Undertake electrical and mechanical PPM, inspection testing, commissioning and basic repairs to plant and equipment

Essential Skills & Qualifications :-

• Education: Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: Proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in utilities or industrial settings

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and project management.
